It's true though, you really do need to identify your positive achievements, as it's so easy to knock yourself down.
I've never actually made note of the positve things I have achieved, but there are below:
Being honest about a mistake.
Not overthink about may mistake.
Found the cause of a very odd issue.
Had great work ethic
Resilient when things were hard
Didn’t beat myself down on my review.
Went into a pub with live music and didn’t let my anxieties prevent me doing so.
Didn’t do anything I was uncomfortable with.
I'm proud of myself, so so proud of myself for a.) achieveing those things and b.) for making note of them.
I have a long way to go but i'm a good way forward.
