My life to date has been a very mixed bag; there's been good times, bad times and fucking dark rough horrible times. And before you say, I'm not attention seeking far from. 

This is simply my space to talk about what is going on in my life, how I'm feeling and to get things off my chest. 

In my mind,  If I can have a space I can talk about things which is safe then that's all I am after.

Men don't talk, straight up. We are getting better but it's still hard. Being brought up with male figures saying "Man UP!" or "Stop being a wuss" really doesn't help things yaknow!

I'd let you know that there are several posts in this blog that are very dark and you must read with caution.
