This post is going to be a bit different to the other content on this blog, it’s going to be me talking about what’s going on and what some of the bad days are like. It won’t be depressive and a trigger warning is not being shown (but if you don’t want to read it – please don’t!).
Some days I can be on top of the world, I aim to achieve anything and everything, and feel awake but other days, namely today – I just have that feeling that I’m not feeling right, and my perception is that tomorrow will be the same.
It’s so easy for someone to say “get over it” or “we all have those days” because all it is doing is confirming our doubts about ourselves. Instead of that, we should be asking what’s up and just listening.
